# ChatPont input box sometimes takes return key as trigger, sometimes doesn't

Sometimes I can just hit return (enter) and the message will be sent to ChatPont Agent. Sometimes I must move cursor to arrow icon to click. Very inconsistent user experience.

Hi Adrian, nowadays we released a new update for chat widget. Can you check that problem still exist or not? To avoid any browser cache-related issues, I recommend performing a hard refresh with Ctrl+F5 or clearing the cache using another method.

It does appear that the problem has been fixed and user experience now more consistent.
