Autom Mate Team · Practical example
An inbox full of individual error alerts makes it hard to see what still needs attention. Build a short daily digest from a defined exception record, rather than treating every failed attempt as a new issue.
- Record actionable exceptions. In the relevant Hyperflows, capture the flow name, source record reference, failure category, time and owner in an approved table or application.
- Mark recovery. Update that record when a retry succeeds or someone resolves the issue.
- Run a daily summary. Set a scheduled trigger with an explicit time zone and select unresolved items for the agreed period.
- Group the results. Separate connection problems, missing data and destination rejections. Include counts and links to the records owners need.
- Send one focused message. Use your configured email or collaboration connection. Leave out credentials and full sensitive payloads.
Example: “Three supplier records need tax IDs; one connection needs attention; seven earlier failures recovered.”
Done when: the digest agrees with the exception records and recovered items are clearly separated from open work.
What would make a daily integration summary useful enough for your team to open?
