The new Community Edition of Autom Mate became available in August 2025.
This edition provides access to Autom Mate’s core capabilities as a cloud-only, free version.
Certain platform-wide limitations will apply.

Detailed Explanations
Concurrent Active Autom Limit
- Users can enable up to 2 Automs simultaneously.
- There is no limit on the number of Automs that can be created or configured.
Run Duration and Frequency
- Each Autom execution can last a maximum of 30 seconds.
- Each Autom can be triggered up to 25 times within a 24-hour period.
Mate Agent & Monitoring
- Agents cannot be downloaded; a single cloud agent is automatically assigned by the platform.
- Dashboard features are disabled; only basic execution logs are accessible.
Roles & Users
- In Community Edition, users cannot create custom roles, invite new users, or manage roles.
