The Plan Utilization Panel provides users of Autom Mate Community Edition with a centralized view of their current usage limits and system resource status. This dashboard enables users to efficiently monitor and manage their daily execution rights and overall capacity usage.
Key Indicators Displayed on the Panel
| Indicator | Description |

| User Plan | Displays the user’s active subscription profile. Example: You are a Community user. |
| Autom (Total / In Use) | Shows the number of Automs currently defined and active. Example: 2 / 2 Autom. |
| Daily Usage Limit | Indicates the user’s maximum allowable Autom executions per day. For Community users, this is limited to 25 runs per day. |
| Max Runtime per Autom | Reflects the maximum execution duration allowed per Autom. In the Community plan, this is limited to 30 seconds. |
| Autom Usage | Visualized through a circular progress chart, this shows the percentage of Autom usage capacity consumed. Usage cannot exceed the MAX threshold. |
| Runs Today | Displays the number of Automs triggered on the current day, alongside the daily limit. Example: 0 / 25. |
| Contact Sales | Provides a direct link to reach the Autom Mate Sales Team for requests such as plan upgrades or additional capacity. |
Purpose of the Panel
The primary goals of this panel include:
- Visualizing the boundaries of the user’s current plan
- Helping users optimize their Autom executions and runtime limits
- Guiding users who need to scale usage or unlock extended limits
- Supporting fair and scalable use of platform resources
Note on Plan Limits
Plan limits apply exclusively to Community Edition users.
These restrictions do not apply to corporate or enterprise deployments. Enterprise customers benefit from customized resources and unlimited runtime capacity.
