WhatsApp Business API (360dialog) Deprecation – Mandatory Migration to Meta Cloud API
As part of Meta’s platform modernization strategy, the legacy WhatsApp Business API infrastructure provided via 360dialog (self-hosted/on-premise) will be fully deprecated by October 2025.
This change directly affects all WhatsApp integrations on the Autom Mate platform that rely on the legacy API and requires a full transition to the Meta-hosted WhatsApp Cloud API.
Impact on Autom Mate
All Automs using the 360dialog-based API will no longer be executable on the Autom Mate platform.
From now on, all new WhatsApp integrations must be implemented using the Meta Cloud API, available via the Whatsapp-Meta library.
Existing WhatsApp Autom scenarios built on the 360dialog API will remain operational for a very limited time. However, due to Meta’s upcoming technical restrictions, these Automs will stop functioning soon.
Support and development for the 360dialog-based solution have been officially discontinued.
All future enhancements, updates, and technical support will be provided exclusively for integrations built on the Meta Cloud API.
What You Should Do
- Start implementing all new WhatsApp Automs using the WhatsApp Meta Cloud API (
Whatsapp-Metalibrary). - Review your currently active Automs using the 360dialog API and begin your migration without delay.

Note: The terms “On-Premise” and “Cloud” in this announcement refer to Meta’s WhatsApp API deployment models and are not related to Autom Mate’s own infrastructure setup.
