Black Screen Appears After Microsoft Login Success

Issue: After logging in with a Microsoft account, users sometimes see a black screen with no further redirection, even though a “success” message is shown.

Root Cause: The login process completes successfully, but in some cases, the redirect from Microsoft back to Autom Mate does not finalize. This is likely caused by a delay or conflict in token processing during the callback step.

Fix Steps:

  1. After reaching the black screen, manually refresh the page (Ctrl + R or Cmd + R).
  2. If that does not help, close the tab and re-open Autom Mate from the original login page.
  3. Ensure your Microsoft email is already mapped to an active user in Autom Mate.
  4. If the issue persists, contact your system administrator or support team to confirm SSO configuration.
